At Pure Work, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Statutory warranty

• You have a 2-year statutory warranty on all our products.

• Warranty applies to manufacturing defects or defects under normal use.

• Not included: damage due to improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Making a warranty claim or filing a complaint

1. Send an email to info@purework.nl with: name, order number, description of the problem, and any photos.

2. We will respond within 5 business days with a solution: repair, replacement, or refund.

3. Return costs are only for us if the complaint is justified; otherwise for the customer.

We reserve the right to assess whether a claim is justified.
