Condition of the Item

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Have all labels and tags still attached

Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and swimwear (due to hygiene)

  • Personalised or custom-made products (if applicable)

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange for a different size or color? This is also possible. Please clearly indicate this on our return form.

How to return an item?

2. Package your items

Place the items in their original packaging or suitable alternative packaging.
