Shipping Costs

  • Within the Netherlands: € [insert amount]

Delivery Time

  • Orders placed on weekdays before [time] will be shipped the same day.

We do our best to deliver your order on time. If delivery is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible. By law, you have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge if delivery does not take place within a reasonable period.

Shipping and Delivery

We use DHL. You will receive an email confirmation with a track & trace link once your order has been shipped.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a message with instructions for a new delivery attempt or pick-up point.

Risk and Ownership

The risk of damage or loss of products lies with us until the moment the order has been received by you (or a third party signing on your behalf).

Incorrect Address

Always check that your address details are correct. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address, the additional costs will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Orders

We make every effort to pack your order carefully and deliver it completely.
If a product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 2 days of receipt, via info@purework.nl. This way, we can investigate and resolve the issue immediately.
